On this GivingTuesday we are raising funds for our beloved Outreach Centers. Did you know that Brightwater Health operates 4 different Outreach Centers in the Northland?

What is an Outreach Center?
An Outreach Center is a community-based space that connects individuals with resources for essential services like housing, food, social activities, health and counselling.

Our Outreach Centers focus on assisting these various needs with our neighbors in need. Our locations include the Harmony Center (located in the Damiano Center, Cloquet Outreach Center, Waterfront Center in Two Harbors and Brightwater Health's Project Reach Out's Drop-In Center in Superior, WI.

Donations collected this GivingTuesday will directly support our continued operations at all our locations. Giving to us means giving a smile to a neighbor in need of support!

Signs and symptoms to look out for during and after pregnancy:
depression, anxiety, and lesser-known conditions like postpartum psychosis, OCD, PTSD, and eating disorders are more than 'baby blues' and should not be dismissed.

Compassionate Perinatal Care is starting at Brightwater Health.

Many women experience mild or temporary mental health symptoms during their perinatal experience (pregnancy - 1 year after birth). But often most women need extra support, especially if symptoms affect their ability to function day to day, bond with their baby, or feel safe and well.

Brightwater Health's newest program (coming January 2026), our Perinatal Program, assists women in the perinatal experience to better care for their overall health.

Brightwater Health is raising funds on this day specifically for this program. Funds will help Northland mothers and parents get the care they need.
