Welcome to the AHL Healthcare Group official page! Incorporated in 2012, AHL Healthcare Group was formed to act as a parent company for At Home Living, BRIDGES to Success, and Wesley Residence of Duluth, MN. As new opportunities presented themselves and services were diversified, Chris Priley created an umbrella group to house each licensed entity. AHL Healthcare Group today employs more than 250 staff and serves over 175 adults of all different ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. However, each division holds the same values which are:
• All services will be offered and run in a profitable manner
• We will strive for 100% compliance with licensing and employment law regulations
• We will ensure our facilities look and feel like a home we would want for ourselves or a loved one.
• We will employ educated staff; providing training, support and resources to further their knowledge and promote confidence in their delivery of service.
• We will structure services to help those we serve lead active, healthy and meaningful lives of their choice.
• We will ensure our residents are respected and cared for as individual people.
• We will serve people in the least restrictive environment appropriate for their need
• We will strive to maintain a positive image by giving back to the community
• We will promote an environment where employees feel appreciated and enjoy working

Our Metro houses got together for a BIG HOLIDAY BASH! It was so nice seeing all 17 of our homes in the metro area get together and enjoy good food and even better company! We know how to party in the metro!! 😁🥰🎅

Our Afton House threw a Christmas Party! It was a great turnout and a really fun time. We had some of our other AHL houses, lots of staff, and family members attend! Thanks for planning, Darcell! 😁🎅🎄

Our Bridges to Success North crew got together at the Greysolon by Black Woods party room for our holiday party! It was a really fun time. We had lots of games, made ornaments, and a lot of good conversation. Already looking forward to next year!

Amber, an individual residing at our Candlewick Home, went to New Orleans with her family and then on a cruise over the holidays! She went to Café Du Monde which is one of the best places to eat!! They have the best beignets. She had a blast!

A nearby church stopped by our Afton Home and one of them was dressed as Santa! Everyone had a great time making Christmas cookies and enjoying a festive evening.
