Incorporated in 2012, AHL Healthcare Group was formed to act as a parent company for At Home Living, BRIDGES to Success, and Wesley Residence of Duluth, MN. As new opportunities presented themselves and services were diversified, Chris Priley created an umbrella group to house each licensed entity. AHL Healthcare Grou

p today employs more than 250 staff and serves over 175 adults of all different ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. However, each division holds the same values which are:
• All services will be offered and run in a profitable manner

• We will ensure our facilities look and feel like a home we would want for ourselves or a loved one.
• We will employ educated staff; providing training, support and resources to further their knowledge and promote confidence in their delivery of service.

Krystal's favorite foods are Chipotle Mexican Grill & Jimmy John's! Yum!

Krystal's favorite sport is football. But she loves the Minnesota Vikings & Minnesota Timberwolves! 🏈🏀

LeRoy's favorite hobbies are shopping, car shows, demolition derby's, people watching, animal watching, going to the library, bird watching, feeding the birds, and going out to eat! 🎒🏎️📕🐦

LeRoy's favorite foods are hamburgers & salads with western dressing. 🍔🥗

LeRoy's favorite sport's teams are the Litchfield Dragons Activities (Local High School Team), the Minnesota Vikings & the Minnesota Twins! 🏈⚾️

Leroy's favorite part about living at AHL is his 1:1 time with a staff member, Brandon, and the other staff in the home.

Arlene, a staff member at our Two Harbors Cottage B Program, was selected as our AHL North Employee of the Month!

Arlene was nominated by one of her residents that she works with, which is always so special to see. Below is the nomination she received:

"I pick Arleen to be the employee of the month. Why? She is generous and professional. I have known her for more than 5 years. She has shown that she is capable of being the best employee that At Home Living has. I hope she gets a bonus and a raise for this document. She is considered a mother type towards me. She comes to work on time, she cooks good meals for us, and she has never let me down. She also has potential to work with us for many more years to come."

We wanted to take a moment to share the March Admin/Supervisor of the Month Winner, Nish, the Program Coordinator of our Candlewick Home!

Below is her winning nomination:

"I had the pleasure of working with Nish for a mutual client. During this meeting, I heard so many positive things from the client’s team in regard to the client’s care, the programming Nish designed and upholds for the client and how pleased the guardian is overall with the way Nish and the house meet the clients social, emotional and health needs. I have rarely participated in a meeting where there has been *all* positive feedback without any concerns or wishes for change or adjustments. I believe this is a testament to the skill and leadership that Nish brings to the Candlewick home. For this, I am nominating her for Keys to Excellence/Employee of the Month in recognition of her exemplary work and building positive relationships."
