We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional (Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Psychotherapist) to join our integrative team committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Position Overview:

Qualifications:
▪️Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
▪️Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials in Minnesota (LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC) or actively pursuing licensure (LGSW, LAMFT, LPCC).
▪️Experience in providing clinical support to diverse populations.
▪️Strong interpersonal skills and a calm demeanor, especially in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Provide individual psychotherapy.
▪️Collaborate with other clinicians and community professionals to deliver integrated care.
▪️Maintain compliance with clinical record-keeping standards.
▪️Promote culturally competent and inclusive service delivery.

Meet Isabelle Scully ✨

Isabelle joined Insight this past summer after graduating from The College of St. Scholastica. She is our clinic assistant and supports clients and our team from the front desk. She is the first smile and warm connection you experience when you walk in the front door or call from afar.

Isabelle is applying to graduate school and we will say goodbye sometime next year. We are so blessed to work and play with her now and we will relish every day until she is off to the next adventure. Thank you, Isabelle, for being such a vital and special part of our Insight team.
