Moore Options is a pregnancy and parenting resource center providing free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, education, and parenting support in a safe, confidential environment. The center was established in 1998 as CareNet Pregnancy Resource Center of Dumas to support women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. Today, more than 25 years later, Moore Options continues to serve the community by offering practical resources, guidance, and life-affirming care to individuals and families during pregnancy and early parenting.

Parents with children under 3 years old are eligible to participate in our services. If you are newly pregnant, these classes can provide valuable education and support. Amarillo College will also be at Moore Options to answer any questions you may have.
