We wrapped up last month with our final “Olympic” games — Table Top Curling and Walker Slingshot! 🥌🎯

There was lots of laughter, cheering, and just the right amount of friendly competition. Moments like these aren’t just fun — they encourage movement, coordination, balance, and social connection.

At High Plains Senior Care, our Home Health team includes our very own MSW (Medical Social Worker) dedicated to helping patients navigate life at home with confidence and support.

We’re proud to partner with incredible community resources like Meals on Wheels to ensure our patients have access to nutritious meals and added support right at their doorstep.

Today we tied our hair up in the West Texas wind, threw on our HPSC hats, and had the privilege of delivering warm, delicious meals to residents in their homes. 🍽️🏡

Partnerships and resources like these help our patients remain safe, independent, and thriving in the community. Because home is where healing happens. 💚
