Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Therapy

Position Overview:
Align ABA is hiring experienced and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home-based settings. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement customized behavior intervention plans that help children build skills and reduce behavior that interferes with daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct ABA therapy in clients’ homes
• Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect accurate data during each session using electronic systems
• Communicate regularly with supervisors about client progress
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision
• Maintain RBT certification and follow ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience with children, particularly those with autism (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes (required)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children and families
