At Mainspring Recovery, our Peer team is truly the heartbeat of what we do.
Our Peer Alumni Coordinator, Tj Fore and Peer Supervisor, Andrew Thompson both bring lived experience into every conversation, every group, and every moment they spend with our clients. Their journeys give them a unique ability to connect in a way that feels real, safe, and inspiring—because they’ve walked the road themselves.
But for them, this work isn’t a role or a title. Giving back is a way of life. It’s who they are. Their commitment to service goes far beyond a job description—it’s woven into their daily actions, their support of our clients, and the way they lift up our staff team as well.
Peers help bridge the gap between treatment and long-term recovery. They bring hope, accountability, community, and connection. They remind our clients that recovery is possible, and they model what it looks like to rebuild, grow, and thrive.
We’re so grateful for the heart, passion, and lived experience they bring to Mainspring—and for the way their work continues to shape lives, including ours.
