💜 Safe, supported, and surrounded by care — no matter where birth leads.

Sometimes birth takes us on a different path — and that’s okay.

This week, I had the honor of supporting one of our families at the hospital when their birth journey called for a change in setting.

At Fruitful Oaks Midwifery, our priority is always a healthy mom and baby.
Sometimes that means transferring from home or the birth center to the hospital for extra support — rest, monitoring, or a little help from the medical team.

When that happens, your midwife goes with you to make the transition as smooth and peaceful as possible.
It’s not a failure — it’s teamwork, trust, and good midwifery care. 🌿
