⚠️ Important Notice: Medicare Scam Alert ⚠️

We want to make our patients and community aware of an ongoing Medicare scam. Scammers are fraudulently using doctors’ names to order medical supplies and bill Medicare without the patient’s knowledge. There have even been cases made under Dr. Shultz’s name.

Please be sure to carefully review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). If you see any charges, supplies, or services that you did NOT receive, contact Medicare immediately to report it.

Staying informed and vigilant helps protect you and others. If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Today we’re wishing a very happy retirement to our David on is last day with us!

He’s taken great care of our patients over the years and made sure we all survived the day with a steady supply of classic dad jokes along the way.

The infusion suite won’t be the same without the laughs he brought with him every day.
We wish him all the best in retirement… and hope he continues spreading those dad jokes wherever he goes.

We are closely monitoring the forecast as snow and icy conditions are expected over the weekend. At this time, we are unsure what weather conditions will look like at the beginning of next week.

If we need to close due to unsafe weather or icy road conditions, our scheduled patients will receive a text message notification as soon as a decision is made.

If the office is closed, please:

Contact your pharmacy directly for prescription refill requests, or
Use the patient portal for non-urgent needs

Your safety — and the safety of our staff — is always our top priority. Please take extra precautions, stay safe, and stay warm during this winter weather.

We’re excited to share that we’ve transitioned to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system! 🎉

With this change, you may notice some new appointment reminders, including automated phone call reminders and we will also be launching a new patient portal.

As we get settled and find our rhythm with the new system, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible while continuing to provide you with the best care.

🍂 Holiday Hours Update 🍂

Our office will be closing at noon the day before Thanksgiving and will remain closed all day on Thanksgiving Day so our staff can enjoy the holiday with their families.

If you need any medication refills, please contact your pharmacy ahead of time so requests can be processed without delay.

We’ve recently switched to a new phone system to help things run smoother! From now on, please call our main number: 580-786-4590 for anything you need — appointments, questions, refills, etc.

Some of our other lines no longer ring through to the main phones, so this number is the best way to reach us.

The number for the infusion suite (to reach David) is still the same 580-606-6118

We’ve recently been made aware of ongoing Medicare scams in which our doctor’s name has been used as a provider without authorization.

We want to remind all our patients to review their Medicare Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) carefully. If you notice any services, tests, or charges that you did not receive or authorize, please report them directly to Medicare.
