Often we recognize stand-out caregivers and it is usually one who has somehow caught our attention over the course of the month, but it’s not just the ones who go the extra mile for a month or so that we need to recognize. It’s also the caregivers who have been here for awhile - the ones we always know will be on their shift - they may not pick up extra shifts or answer their phones in the middle of the night but they have a regular schedule and they are there. Dang dependable employees don’t call out, they plan their time off well in advance, if there is a caregiver function they are participating. This month we would like for you to meet Ida - a dang dependable employee since 2022. We are so glad she is part of our team!
