I often suggest stretching and mention that I love doing stretches in bed because I'm old and fat and getting up off the floor is hard. 😆 I just found a video of one of my favorite stretches. It has helped sooooo much with my own hip issues.

So for those of you who couldn't visualize my broken frog description here you go!

Interesting info for those of you with migraines and fibromyalgia. If you end up trying green lights I would love to know what you think.
