Duncan Regional Hospital received another threat against our facility today. We continue to take this threat seriously and are implementing appropriate precautions.

To ensure the continued safety of our patients, visitors, and team members, we are temporarily implementing enhanced security measures until 12:00 p.m. today. All individuals will be stopped at the entrances, and bags will be searched.

We are grateful for the swift response and continued support of the City of Duncan OK- Police Department, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during this time.

Smoking is the leading cause of lung cancer, and it greatly increases risk even when combined with rural exposures like farming dust, oilfield work, mining, and secondhand smoke.

✔️ Quitting smoking at any age lowers your risk

✔️ Avoid secondhand smoke when possible

✔️ Use lung protection in high-exposure jobs
