It’s Wednesday and it’s a beautiful day today!!!

It’s makes a difference when your providers are there along your side the entire visit encouraging (and harassing!) you. 👏🙌

No we don’t have E-Stim.
No we don’t have ice or heat.
No we don’t have ultrasound.

But we do have the flexibility and availability to ensure that you get the most out of your visits with challenging exercises and one-on-one hands on care in a PRIVATE room.

Who wants to lay on a table in a crowded space when you’re getting stretched?

We wouldn’t want to so we make sure that you dont have to either!

Happy Tuesday!!!

Working on stability, strength and balance with the Tidal Tank.

Patients view of the step is blocked so she has to feel where she is stepping up and also feel that she has proper knee alignment instead of relying on her visual assistance.

She still struggles a tad bit with the eccentric portion but in all fairness she was toward the end of her session and whooped!
