Melissa has been a valued member of the CrossRoads team since 2020, working primarily in our billing department while also assisting with front office duties. Originally from Weyant, Melissa is a 1985 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and currently resides in Martinsburg.

Before joining CrossRoads, Melissa spent 17 years at Altoona Hospital, where she worked as a Medical Assistant across several departments, gaining a wide range of experience in patient care and medical administration.

Melissa has been happily married to her husband, Joe, for 31 years and is a proud mother to Hannah (and mother-in-law to Aaron) and Kaylee. She attends New Life Alliance Church in East Freedom and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, and scrapbooking. Melissa truly cherishes the friendships and sense of community she has found at CrossRoads.

Back at it with another Front Office Friday!

Ceci is a 2024 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and has been part of the Crossroads family since 2023. She began her journey with Crossroads as a co-op student and transitioned into a full-time role, where she now splits her time between the front office and assisting as a PT/Cryo Tech.

This fall, Ceci plans to attend Mount Aloysius College to pursue a degree in nursing. Outside of work, she attends Grace Bible Church and enjoys staying active at the gym, cooking, running, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
