1) Foundation why do we need a multi vitamin? Many foods are depleted of minerals and vitamins.
Daily stress makes body work less efficiently. A daily multi-vitamin is needed!
Stress depletes body of water soluble vitamins (Vit B/C). Foundation replenishes Vit B/C
