We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our clinical team in Duncanville, or Dallas TX. This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians looking for a balanced schedule, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.
No prior BCBA experience required — full training, mentorship, and onboarding support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs
Administer and interpret assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS-R)
Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
Conduct parent training and ongoing caregiver support
Collect, analyze, and review data to monitor client progress
Maintain documentation compliant with BACB and insurance standards
Schedule & Flexibility
Monday–Friday schedule
Full-time or part-time options available
Up to 5 work-from-home days per month (telehealth, supervision, documentation)
Center-based services in Duncanville, TX
No weekend requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA/LBA or BCaBA license in Texas (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
New graduates welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000+ (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000
