Tomorrow is Braelyn’s semi-annual scans at University of Maryland. Then we meet with her suregeon immediately after. The emotions have kicked in today. We could really use the prayers for clear scans & good news. Thank you all in advance! ❤️

If everyone could please whisper a little (BIG) prayer for Brae. We (us & her pediatrician) have felt another hard mass on Braelyn’s liver, about the size of a golf ball this time. At the direction of her pediatrician and her surgeon, the MRI originally scheduled for June/July has now been moved up to the 20th of this month. We are praying for God to guide us and for the best possible outcome for Braelyn. We need everyone to pull together and pray like she is your own baby! Prayers worked divinely last time and we have faith that God will see her through once again. ❤️

Hey everyone! Today we are celebrating! Braelyn’s tumor has not grown anymore at all since her last MRI in October. 🙌🏻 Right now it is just sitting there. We’ll take that as a win for right now, as she does not seem to be in any discomfort. In a few months, she’ll have another MRI to check again. This will be her norm for several years to come, unless the tumor begins growing again. At that time, again, we will opt to have surgery done to remove it. So for today, that’s the best news. ❤️

Ironically enough, a year ago yesterday, we lost our baby to a miscarriage. Hospitals, doctors and sadness. Such worry and heartache in both situations. It was a relief to receive good news this time. Just a reminder that as hard as that all was and has been, God has a reason and a plan for it all.

Today, I will not question his plan, but only try to trust and have faith in it. ❤️

Hey everyone! 🤗 We need all the prayers 🙏🏻 we can get! Braelyn has her quarterly scans tomorrow @ 9 and appointment with her surgeon @ 10am tomorrow for the results. Please pray for no tumor growth or even better, that it has shrunk and disappeared all together! 🙏🏻❤️

Please keep Braelyn in your prayers. Her routine (every 3 months) MRI is scheduled for 10/16. We are praying for a clear scan! Follow up with her surgeon and oncologist on 10/23. 🙏🏻❤️

Update on Braelyn;

She won’t be coming home today, as originally thought. She has developed Pancreatitis. We knew this was a risk of the procedure done yesterday and of course babygirl can’t catch a break, so she has it. Yesterday was pretty rough for her. She’s been vomiting, won’t eat or drink and is just feeling yucky. She will be here for at least a few more days.

Please pray that this clears up quick and that she starts feeling better! ❤️
