Relax Renew Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique delivering energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki reminds receivers to be in the present moment. In the beginning of my journey into a more holistic lifestyle I read about so many things, I went out and experienced so many new things, opening my mind and heart to a better way. I began my passion for reiki while attending a healing share at a local metaphysical shop that I love going to. Reiki just feels very natural to me; the healing effect of even a single Reiki session just makes everything flow better. I could feel the effects of the new energy immediately. I continued going to healing shares and one on one reiki sessions, eventually, I just knew it was my calling to provide this amazing experience to others and began my training to become a certified reiki master. My work is focused on empowering all people to be active participants in their own wellbeing through Reiki. I help my clients to find peace, relaxation, newfound insight, and a deeper, more clear connection to self. I encourage and assist my clients to develop a spiritual routine to bring about inner peace and relaxation in their daily life. I am also a lover of crystals and believe in the therapeutic and medicinal benefits of essential oils and I incorporate both into my reiki sessions.
