āNo matter what gets done, or doesnāt get done, I am worthyā
Lately, Iāve been struggling with balance, feeling overwhelmed, and burnt out. The weight of never feeling like Iām doing enough is exhausting. But Iām doing my best with what I haveāand realizing that most of this pressure? It comes from my own unrealistic expectations.
So hereās a reminder:
You are human.
Youāre allowed to feel every emotion. Youāre allowed to not have it all together. Life isnāt about being perfectāitās about being present. Itās about showing up for yourself, embracing the mess, finding moments of joy in the chaos, and letting go of the idea that you have to do it all, all the time.
Recently, life has tested me a lot. But Iāve learned that so much of what I feel as āstressā is rooted in how I perceive it. When we think weāre stressed, our bodies respond accordingly. Thatās why itās so important to pause, breathe, and re-center when things feel overwhelming.
The hard stuff? Lean into it. Do the things youāve been putting offānot to āget it over with,ā but because avoiding it only deepens the burnout. Facing it builds resilience. And each time you face the hard things, you grow stronger.
Ask for help.
Talk to your people.
Make yourself a priorityāeven when it feels like thereās no time. Because there is time. We make time for what matters.
Forgive yourselfāfor chasing perfection, for overextending yourself, for not putting yourself first. You are worthy even when nothing gets done. You are enough just as you are.
Lately, Iāve been prioritizing mindfulnessāslowing down, breathing, being present. And while Iām still navigating stress, my perspective is shifting. Breathwork has been transformativeāgiving me clarity, calm, and a way back to myself.
So if youāre in the thick of it right now, know this:
You are strong.
You can handle this.
But you donāt have to do it alone.
Do what you can with what you have. Let go of the pressure to always do more. Tomorrow isnāt promisedāso move your body, eat like you love yourself, and tell the people you love that you love them.
Right now is all we have.
Take it one moment, one breath, one step at a time.
