Perimenopause can last anywhere from a few months to 10 years!!! It typically begins in a woman’s 40s but can start in her 30s or as late as her 50s. Perimenopause ends when you have officially gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, at which point you reach menopause. 🕰️
