Many people come to me frustrated, thinking their main issue is weight gain, low energy, or blood sugar problems. But hereโ€™s the truth, those are symptoms, not the real problem.

I often compare it to an iceberg. What you see above the surface is the weight, fatigue, or high blood sugar.

But underneath?
