𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝟮 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

From my root cause approach, insulin resistance is driven by inflammation, stress hormones, poor sleep, excess abdominal fat, and lack of muscle activity. When these are not addressed, blood sugar stays high no matter how hard you try to manage it.
