Most people are taught to chase symptoms.
A pill for blood sugar. A supplement for weight. Another fix for the next problem.

Thatโ€™s not how I work.

When I see diabetes or stubborn weight issues, Iโ€™m not asking, โ€œWhat can we add?โ€

Symptoms are just smoke.
The real work is finding the fire.

Blood sugar problems donโ€™t come out of nowhere. Something deeper is driving them, and until that root cause is addressed, nothing truly changes long term.

My philosophy is simple.
Find it. Fix it. Then leave the body alone so it can function the way it was designed to.

Barbara Hume came to me after years of doing everything she was told: medications, protocols, appointments, yet still not feeling well. I see this story often, and itโ€™s incredibly frustrating for patients.

Together, we focused on the root cause of what was driving her Type 2 Diabetes. Over time, she lost weight, her energy returned, her meals became filling again, and her blood sugar dropped below 100 for the first time. Her A1C is now the lowest it has ever been.

Eating within 30 minutes of waking supports your circadian rhythm.
