We have water temps ranging from the low 50s to the low 40s in our cold plunge tubs. Combine that with our traditional sauna for a couple rounds and we’re talking unlocking some serious health benefits that, in a nutshell, result in a longer and happier life. Add in hanging around the coolest, most positive people in the Dunedin area, it makes our spot a special place!

Juan hits his 100!!! Juan is a super cool dude and an amazing part of both the morning and evening crew here at The Studio. He’s also a regular at our events here and we just can’t say how much we enjoy sharing the space with him. He’s got 2 kickass dogs, practices Muay Thai, and is just an outstanding dude. We’ll have to post him again for 250 before we know it. Thanks for being you, Juan, and grateful for you!

The Studio is a Nordic sauna studio built on the concept of creating a stronger, healthier, more resilient community through the contrast therapy of sauna and cold plunge. Both locations, Dunedin and St. Pete, provide options of open hours, or you can sign up for a class where the staff facilitates your sauna/cold plunge experience. We are grateful for their donation and excited for the person who gets to take this wonderful wellness package home!
