Dr. Carrie works with patients to find the root cause of their discomfort or illness, combining the accurate and detailed DNA and blood testing of Western medicine with natural modalities that restore function to the body. She believes in more than just the “Band-Aid” approach of relieving symptoms. While it is true that she is skilled in pain relief, she prefers to heal the root cause of illness

and help you achieve your ideal feeling of wellness, so that you can get on with your life. Dr. Carrie incorporates several proven modalities to assess and treat patients, including a thorough evaluation of past medical histories, complete integrative medical analysis, comprehensive treatment in coordination with Traditional Chinese Medicine, and most importantly: dietary and lifestyle adjustment to achieve optimal health. In addition to Primary Care, Dr. Carrie has a specific interest in helping athletes and other active people obtain their peak performance levels in training and competition. She holds a degree in sports medicine and is an active member of the CrossFit and marathon communities. Understanding the challenges of physical activity, she works closely with athletes to analyze and treat recurring injuries and bio-mechanical issues.

Anyone in the southeast with increased complaints of arthritis, joint pain, and sinus issues. I know my nose is feeling dry and crusty. Could be this incredible high pressure parked over Florida. IT is helping hold these cooler temps, and keeping these skies blue.

Where did that S come from anyway? We’ll probably never know. But we can easily know our cholesterol numbers. It just takes a simple blood test. Check in with your doctor about your numbers.

We delivered 55lbs of items along with a cash donation to support our local food pantry, Dunedin Cares, Inc.

They are still in need of toiletries, so we have extended our drive through the end of the year to collect any pantry items, with an emphasis on toiletries such as feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, razor blades, etc.
