I would like to congratulate all the residents that had put up holiday decorations and lights. There were so many that we decided to place everyone's names and house numbers in a bucket and have one picked by an unsuspecting resident.

Fat Tuesday comes to party at Grand Bay!!!
Grand Bay Residents came out to enjoy a festive evening for Fat Tuesday. They dressed for the festivities, while they enjoyed a shrimp bake, cooked by one of our residents Nancy Kuzniar at Lot 161. It was a night full of fun, food, and good friends.

Awesome job Nancy and for all that helped make this event a success.

Happy Valentines Day!!!! to all Grand Bay Residents.

We counted all our contest entries, and I am happy to say we have a winner of the jar of candy and the $50 dollar Publix Gift Card.

Our winner is Amy Thomas!!! she had guessed 1809 pieces of candy, and the actual total was 1925.

Congrats Amy!!!! enjoy that candy and the gift card

Hello, All Grand Bay Residents,

We have our Annual Valentines Day Challenge. Come by the office to guess how many M&Ms we have in the jar. The one that is closes to the number in the jar without going over will win the candy in the jar and a $50 dollar gift card.

It was a festive time this past Saturday. The residents had a blast at the Resident Dinner, hosted by the Community Manager. I pulled out some of my Nannas best Italian recipes
and created a menu offering plenty of food, and good times to be had by all. Tangent completed the evening with singing and dancing. I want to thank those for your help with cleaning up after the event, and for everyone attending.
Without you, there would be no need for me.
