We take a conservative approach to dentistry by protecting your teeth with the most cost-effective and least invasive treatments possible. Dr. Christiana Ajmo is born and raised in Dunedin, Fl. She has recently returned to the area after attending undergrad at the University of Florida followed by dental school at Nova Southeastern University College of Dentistry. Dr. Christiana Ajmo shares the same ethics and values as her father before her when it comes to treating patients. Both feel that conservative dentistry is the best approach for any patient and feel that there is nothing we can better than what Mother Nature put there in the first place

A quick holiday update from Ajmo Family Dental 🤍

Today is our last day in the office, and we will reopen on Monday January 5th.

If a true dental emergency arises while we are closed, Linda will be available to assist via telephone.

Christiana will be spending the holidays with family in Georgia and North Carolina, and Linda will be traveling to Boston to be with her family.

We are truly grateful for our patients and appreciate your continued trust. Wishing you a safe, restful, and happy holiday season. We look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Gingivitis is one of the most common gum issues we see, and the good news is it’s very treatable when caught early. It starts with plaque buildup along the gumline and can show up as red, swollen gums that bleed when you brush or floss.

If it’s ignored, gingivitis can progress into more serious gum disease that affects the bone supporting your teeth. Brushing twice a day, flossing daily, and keeping up with regular dental cleanings go a long way in keeping your gums healthy.

If your gums are bleeding, tender, or just don’t feel right, that’s your sign to get them checked. Your smile starts with healthy gums, and we’re always here to help keep them that way.
