No audio needed for such a perfect day yesterday. The original is too good! 😭🥺🎉🥰 Our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude for our closing celebration class yesterday led by some of our most amazing staff members that are SO deeply rooted to the studio and community. 🌞

The whole class was focused on how when one door closes another opens and the journey from here on out will support our community’s growth in so many different ways. We cannot wait to continue doing this transformative practice of yoga with you all out in Hunterdon County. 🌿🌱We love you so much!!

CONGRATS to our recent YTT graduates 🥳🎉🥰 This YTT group was something truly special 🤍 Supportive, brave, and willing to lead before they felt “ready.” They didn’t just learn poses—they learned how to hold space, trust their voice, and teach with integrity. Watching students grow into confident teachers (and future leaders) is why we do this.

✨ Community Update: Yoga Essence Lebanon

As of February 1, Yoga Essence Lebanon will be closing our Unit 10 studio and moving our hot and unheated yoga schedule into Unit 4, where YES Aerial Fitness currently lives — bringing everything together into one supported space within the same strip mall.

This decision was not made lightly. Unit 10 has been our home since 2018 and holds years of practice, growth, and connection. At the same time, the environment is no longer able to consistently support the quiet, grounded experience that yoga requires. Rather than compromise the quality of your practice, we’ve chosen to make a proactive, positive move.

✨ What stays the same:
• Your teachers
• The heart of our community
• The hot yoga experience (heating system is moving with us)

✨ What’s ahead:
• One unified space
• More intentional programming, including select aerial and bungee classes
