Optimal Physical Therapy & Industrial Rehabilitation OPT is a privately owned out patient physical therapy practice. We also specialize in Work Hardenin Optimal Physical Therapy & Industrial Rehabilitation, Inc.

specializes in traditional physical therapy with an emphasis in functional orthopedics, Worker's Compensation, sports related injuries, preventative rehabilitation, automobile accidents, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and geriatrics. Our focus is to return our patients to their highest functional level. We also specialize in Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening/Work Conditioning for the injured worker that has not met the required physical demand level to return to their work environment functionally, confidently, and safely. We use an educational approach to our rehabilitation, as we have found the more information we provide to our patients regarding their injury and their rehabilitation process the higher their success rate. We supply each patient with a home exercise program on an easy to follow computer generated exercise flow sheet.

Please help OPT wish Shannon a Happy Birthday💗. Not only is she the OG of OPT, when she returned after a 7 year hiatus, she was able to pick up right where she left off. Shannon keeps us on our toes, organized & always laughing. She is one of the most cheetah print, holiday celebrating & sports loving moms I know. We hope you have an amazing day!

Did someone say 18 years?? YES!! That is how long Jill Edgington has been providing exceptional care at OPT. Jills hands on manual skills are exceptional. She has a knack for problem solving, is flexible & always up for a good laugh. Some don’t know this but is also pretty awesome at arranging furniture in the office for a great flow, removing contacts from less experienced contact users eyes, & as her sign says she is “Kind of a Big Deal.” Thank you for all you do!!
