The Lord always knows and hears our hearts and He continues to keep calling me back home ——— to simplicity, to presence, to peace.

So I listen, I breathe, I feel, I pray, and I use this beautiful 82 acres to do so. Because it was a gift from Him to our little family.

I shift back to why we are here, why I am here, and keep pushing forward with love and light and heart ♥️. The heart He gifts us to love, feel, and honor.

I move my body to respect it and remind it that I hear it. I breathe in to my lungs to let them know that I’m too here for them.

I open my eyes to natural light away from toxic screens, and plant my bare feet on His soil and feel the pulses of His earth.

I reclaim who I am and why I am here. Why He is within me, in my heart, my soul.

I release, I center, I breathe.

God has me and you too my beautiful friends. Let’s not lose sight of the free gifts He’s given us to heal.

Because without our breath or our heart we are not alive. Alive to this beautiful gift of life. 💕

Nobody has the answers but you my friend. Nobody. Not me, not the neighbor, not your friend, not your Mom, not your doctor, not your husband, not your wife, etc etc . . . just you!

Let go of searching and start looking inside. You know what you need to do YOU just have to do it.

Quit stalling and making excuses. They are only stopping you from truly being you. The person you crave to be. Dig deep. Reach inside and listen to that intuition. It’s there. You just have to trust yourself. You’ve got this. No one else. But you!

Eating balanced is so important and the more you learn about your body and listen to it too, food will be your medicine (amongst other things too). 😉 It’s just one piece of the puzzle. 🥰

When you are reminded that He is still watching over you no matter what your current circumstances are (in my case my crown just falling off my front tooth).

This is at our new dentist’s office. You think the Big Man upstairs had anything to do with this? I sure do!

I am thankful He has blessed me with this new office and know that He is leading me in the right direction. 🤗🙏✨

When I show up for my health I can do more.
I can love 💗 more. I can serve more.

And when I don’t things fall apart. Things get rough, things get out of whack. Whether it’s weight gain, being stressed out, tiredness, not being kind to myself or my loved ones, just plain ugly, depressed, and defeated. You know how it goes.

Who am I speaking to? Raise your hand 🙋🏼‍♀️ Yep mine is raised too.

You see friends we ALL go through seasons of difficulty, challenge, and strife. And that’s ok. We are human and it’s normal. Unfortunately this season sometimes stays too long and we can get stuck.

So what do we do?

We work and take action to get back on track by serving ourselves first. I know this may sound hard to do but think of it this way.

If you had a need for insulin, would you not take it, make sure it was part of your every day? You would right?

Think of showing up for yourself like this. It’s a mandatory thing. A non-negotiable.

So start off with that one thing you KNOW that will be the most important game changer to serve you. Then grow from there. Keep building, keep changing, keep getting you back, serving you so you my friend can serve more with a full tank, and not on fumes.

“You have the power to live your life, not just exist in it.”

Have you ever felt like you are just existing in your life? Going through the motions? Not really paying attention to the present?

Well friend we ALL go through this especially in today’s fast paced world we live in. But I’m here to tell you that you can live fully, in the present, in the now.

How?

Start in the morning by taking time with you, for you. Sit and breathe, pray, meditate, go for a walk, whatever suits you best. Even better, step outside barefoot in the grass, in the morning sun ☀️ , and ground yourself in your new day. Give thanks for this slow quiet time. Breathe.

Sound hard?

Look at your time, and what you can shift to make time like this for yourself happen. When you finally make it happen I bet your day will start off with more intention, more calm, and more peace. You will quit just existing, become more present, and seeing and feeling things differently.

Give it a try and let me know what you think. Doesnt hurt to try right?

I can say that when you put your mind to something and pray about what the big man upstairs has in line for you, He listens, He sees, He creates and shows you the steps.

When we bought our property in TN almost 3 years ago, we had a vision of bringing wholeness, wellness, light and love to others. Little did we know things would happen so quickly.

This has not happened without risks, perseverance, LOTS or hard work, sweat & tears, but most importantly trust in His plan for us.

People have entered our lives here in TN at the most serendipitous times and God has truly been behind it all.

I am so excited to be a part of our next opportunity here on our 82 acres and our range not only to bring my holistic health and wellness background but to bring Silas’s 27+ years of Military experience and expertise.

To team up with Krystal’s amazing military, physical therapist & wellness background with Primal Summits & Retreats is truly amazing as well and we ALL can’t wait to share this women’s retreat with you!
