I was asked by the football coach at my local high school to lead yoga with a group of football players. Their coach recognized something important — strength isn’t just built under a barbell. It’s built through mobility, breath control, body awareness, and recovery.

Football demands explosiveness, speed, and resilience. Yoga supports all of it.

✔️ Improved flexibility = fewer injuries
✔️ Better breath control = calmer under pressure
✔️ Increased mobility = more power and efficiency
✔️ Mental focus = sharper game performance

These athletes showed up ready to work, and they quickly realized that slowing down can actually make you stronger.
