先週土曜日はAYC CLUBの日でした！
今回は、山下泉さんをお迎えし「ウェルネストーク」をして頂きました。

泉さんはベジタリアンでありながらアイアンマンマラソンを完走されるアスリート🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

60歳を過ぎた現在もトレーニングを継続され、「年齢にとらわれず、心身ともに健康でいること」を実践されています。

当日は、より良い食事と運動を日常にどう取り入れるか、そしてそれを無理なく続けることの大切さについて、実体験を交えながら分かりやすくお話しいただきました！

近年はウェルネス・コーチングのサービスも開始され、生活習慣病の改善や予防に貢献する活動を続けていらっしゃいます。

【第43回 AYC CLUBのお知らせ】

今週土曜日、1月10日 (土) はAYC CLUBの日です！

今回のAYC CLUB は野外で行ういつものAYC CLUBとは違い、当院内にて山下泉さんによるウェルネス講座を開催することになりました！

山下さんは2008年にトライアスロン・ショートコースに初参加。以来、徐々に距離利を伸ばし、2015年に初めてIronmanに参加し、翌年のハワイ島で開催される世界選手権参加権利を獲得し、2016年に完走。以降、Ironman世界選手権２回、 Half Ironman世界選手権３回完走。
2018年からは、トライアスロン・ランニング・スイミングのコーチとして他のアスリートのトレーニングにも貢献。
2020年にはオンラインでの栄養学コースも受講し、スポーツだけでなく日々の食生活の改善の情報も発信して生活習慣病の改善に貢献できるように近年ウェルネス・コーチングのサービスも開始されたそうです。

当日は、「ウェルネス・コーチングの視点から見る健康づくり」をテーマにお話しいただきます。
当院の患者さんでない方も大歓迎です！皆さんのご参加をお待ちしています！

※通常のAYC CLUBは10時スタートですが、今回は11時スタートになっていますので、お間違いの無いようお気を付けください。
