So what happens inside our walls when the power goes out? We learn how to make cowboy coffee and actually talk and visit with one another. We play silly games, we eat hot food, we have coffee trucks show up to energize the staff and residents alike. We charge our residents phones in our cars leaving generator plugs for essential equipment. We have a towns hall, and even top off our fuel tanks.
Not such a bad day at all, thank you to the staff and residents for making today’s memories with us!
