Learning how to lean into discomfort instead of shying away from it is a big piece of the healing puzzle for many. The human experience is an all inclusive range of emotions. Feeling "all" of them doesn't just mean the "good" ones. Becomming friends and meeting the not so great feeling ones with compassion is a skill that can only be learned through daily practice. Doing the work every day no matter where you are at is the training that helps us navigate the human experience with grace and gratitude. The art of composing life as sacred relationship is a dance to freedom. It includes pain and love; joy and sorrow. It takes a lot of courage to step into everyday. Eventually we can learn to use our experience as a salve to help heal the world around us. As Ram Dass says. "Everything in your life is there as a vehicle for transformation. Use it!"
