Everyone talks about new year goals…

Little and often is what helps the nervous system. Gratitude, practiced in small authentic doses, acts as a gentle re‑orientation toward safety.

Family gatherings can activate old wounds.
Old roles. Old expectations.
Old survival strategies.

You’re not regressing — your nervous system is reacting to familiar cues.
Take breaks. Breathe. Step outside.
Your peace matters.

Don’t wrap up appreciation and leave it unopened — give it away. ✨
