Tomorrow, September 13th, the 4th Annual RISE Southwest Walk will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Montezuma Park in Cortez. This event is to remember those whose lives have been touched by su***de and to support one another as a community.

Axis Health System is fortunate to be part of RISE Southwest's commitment to supporting and standing alongside individuals and families affected by su***de.
