As supervisors, we face tough ethical dilemmas all the time—like finding the right balance between holding our supervisees accountable while still supporting their growth, all while keeping client welfare at the center of everything we do. If you've ever felt stuck trying to navigate these complex situations, I want to help you move beyond theory and give you a practical framework you can actually use.

I'm excited to invite you to my live webinar, "Ethics in Action: Dilemmas, Decisions, and Doing What's Right," on February 12, 2026, from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST (3.5 Ethics CE).

In this course, we'll work together on applying ethical codes and regulatory guidelines with confidence, using a structured decision-making model to handle those tricky supervisory dynamics, and bringing more integrity and transparency into your practice.

I'd love to have you join me! You can find all the course details and register here: https://www.telementalhealthtraining.com/ethics-in-action-dilemmas-decisions-and-doing-whats-right

I’m excited to personally invite you to the 2026 Virtual Clinical Supervision Summit!

I’m really passionate about this event because supervision is getting more complex than ever. Your trainees are facing trauma, cultural and identity challenges, neurodiversity, and ethical dilemmas that grad school didn’t fully prepare them for — and supervisors need practical, real-world strategies to guide them confidently.

This summit is my way of creating a space where we can tackle these challenges together. And honestly, it’s way more fun and energizing when you bring colleagues along. You’ll get to learn from amazing leaders like Kenneth V. Hardy, Amy Parks, Kate McLellan Walker, Sean Davis, Jon Frederickson, Sonja Sutherland, and more — and also connect with peers who are navigating the same challenges you are.

In my session on The Group Supervision Blueprint, I cut through the guesswork with a clear, practical approach to:
🌿Set up effective group supervision and name three benefits that make it a powerful tool for learning
🌿Identify stages of group development and anticipate challenging behaviors before they derail progress
🌿Apply facilitation techniques that build cohesion, strengthen interpersonal dynamics, and create supportive supervision environments
