For the past 58 years I’ve never had to worry about going to bed hungry…

Unfortunately, there are many folks from the San Luis Valley (my birth place and old stomping grounds) as well as Durango and La Plata County who don’t have that luxury…

So, after much consideration about the circumstances of our government shutdown, I’ve decided to help out…

For the next two months (November and December) the gym will be donating 100% of our profits from the sales of our health books and nutrition supplements to the San Luis Valley and Durango food banks…

Alternatively you can add to the cause by simply donating a monetary gift.

💪Congratulations to LiErin Wilson (23 reps) and Ben Bledsoe (31 reps) for winning the Fit 247 Gym Annual Octoberchest Bench Press Contest on Saturday. 

👍 Thank you to Mariela Soto (10 reps), Jacob Box (20 reps), Cory Prentice (14 reps) and Phillip McSorley (8 reps) who all competed. 

It was a great competition and we look forward to doing it again next year.
