We throw our holiday parties like we schedule our lunch breaks… eventually. 🎄⏰
Last week, (most of) our team finally clocked out and showed up at Derailed Pour House, owned by one of our amazing clients, because supporting local businesses is kind of our whole personality.
For a few glorious hours we:
• Didn’t answer phones
• Didn’t restrain anything with teeth
• Ate food while it was still hot
Huge thanks to Derailed for hosting our VERY late holiday party and for being part of the same community we get to serve every day. We love taking care of your animals and occasionally your bartenders take care of us. 🍻

🚨 Thursday and Friday Hours Update 🚨

Just a heads up for our clients!

This Thursday and Friday, we’ll have brief closures:
🕔 Thursday: Closing early at 5pm so our staff can attend our (very late) holiday party. 🎄

🕛 Friday: Closed from 12–1pm so our technician team can attend a bird restraint and handling techniques training. This helps us provide safer, calmer care for our feathered patients. 🦜

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you please plan calls and visits outside of these times.

We’ll be back refreshed, caffeinated, and ready to care for your cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and exotic pets. 🐶🐱🐍
