There’s something called the “righting reflex”, a built-in system that constantly keeps your head level and your body balanced.
Sounds like a good thing, right?
It is… until something throws it off.
A fall, accident, poor posture, or even repetitive stress can disrupt this system. When that happens, your body will compensate, shifting your spine, tightening muscles, and creating imbalances just to keep your eyes level with the horizon.
Over time, those compensations can lead to:
• Neck and back pain
• Postural changes
• Nervous system stress
• Long-term wear and tear
Here’s the key:
