Pelvic Health Workshop: 4 Weeks to a New You 💛

Pelvic health can feel confusing especially when symptoms like leaking, pain, or pressure show up and no one has really explained why.

This 4-week workshop series is designed to help you understand what your body is experiencing, why it’s happening, and how to support it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Instead of jumping straight to exercises or quick fixes, we take a step back and ask better questions because when you understand your body, everything starts to make more sense.

🗓 Workshop Dates (Saturdays at 9:30 AM):

• May 23rd
• May 30th
• June 6th
• June 13th

💲 $150 for all 4 weeks

🌿 What We’ll Explore:

Week 1: Why am I experiencing symptoms like leaking, pain, or pressure?
→ Understand what your body may be communicating

Week 2: How do my breath, core, & pelvic floor actually work together?
→ Learn how coordination can change how your body feels

Week 3: What in my daily habits or movement might be contributing?
→ Make simple, supportive changes that fit your life

Week 4: How can I build strength & feel confident in my body again?
→ Move forward with more support and confidence

This workshop includes guided movement, breathwork, and modifications throughout, so you can participate at your own pace.

Designed for all ages (15–110) whether you’re just starting to learn about your body or looking to feel more supported in daily life and exercise.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about understanding your body and working with it.

So many people are taught to brace, tighten, or push through back pain. This workshop is about learning how your core, breath, and movement patterns work together so your back doesn’t have to do all the work alone. It’s gentle, practical, and designed to give you tools you can actually use in your workouts and daily life.

You don’t need to move perfectly you just need to move in a way your body can support. If you’re curious how to reduce back pain and feel more confident in your movement again, this is a great place to start.
