Performed fully clothed… and on the mat… Next Level Pain Relief is more than “just stretching”. This is pain-science informed manual therapy that blends assisted stretching, gentle, rocking and deep compression if you love deep tissue and have chronic pain and stiffness, this is for you!

a NLPR session is a minimum of 90 minutes and while we debut this service it will be priced the same as our 90 min table massage.
