Join us for the new date of the rescheduled workshop last week. Sunday 5/4 at 10 AM. Maureen and Erik will lead two separate qigong classes and then Erik will host a forage walk at the Red Barn in Durham.

Following the Qi Gong class, we’ll have a forage walk, where you’ll learn to identify wild edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms. Erik will share the health properties of the plants and mushrooms. Spring is an ideal time for foraging. There will be many plants and mushrooms to explore. Join us for this enriching day of movement, learning, and connection with nature.
