A mindful movement studio offering daily yoga classes as well as yearly trainings and retreats! Located in Lyon Park, near downtown Durham North Carolina.

Threehouse Studios aims to be a hub of movement and creativity for the Lakewood community that attracts interested, curious and passionate people from the whole of Durham and beyond. Each founder wanted a home base for her already existing endeavors, from which she could expand and offer her passion and work to the community.

The winter solstice is coming up, the longest night of the year, and we have a special EVENING Specialty Class. ☺️

Join and for a candlelit slow vinyasa to soften, tap into trust, and root into stillness. Through grounded postures, gentle stretching, and a little balance, we will awaken inner guidance and honor the natural shift toward increasing daylight.

We’ll share an opening tea ceremony, intention setting, and collective release incorporating sound and energy sharing.

This class will be unheated and no experience is necessary. 💛
