Did you know that 1 in 5 adults experience a mental health challenge each year? And yet, so many still suffer in silence because of stigma, shame, or fear of judgment.
Today is a reminder that mental health is health. It’s okay to take breaks, set boundaries, ask for help, and say no when you need to protect your peace.
Check in with yourself. Check in with your people. Healing isn’t a solo journey — it’s something we do in community.
