▪️All of the MyoFit workouts are now available in the APP📱(which is great for folks that sometimes can’t make it to class or that aren’t feeling comfortable being indoors with others right now but still want access to the workout program)!

Meet Leigh, one of our MyoFit Teammates! Here’s what she had to say about being a part of our community:

◼️What is your favorite part of being a teammate? “Myo Durham is a really friendly gym and it’s fun - so much so that you forget that you’re working out (sometimes)!”

◼️Why did you choose to start working out at Myo Durham? “I chose Myo Durham because it’s a safe environment and they have good, knowledgeable trainers. The classes are also reasonably paced and it’s conveniently located downtown (but with parking!)”

◼️What have you accomplished since joining? “I managed to keep my strength level up while being in law school and while being a parent!”

◼️What would you tell someone that’s considering joining Myo Durham? “One of the best things about Myo Durham is that there’s lots of different people from different walks of life - it’s a diverse environment. It’s a really welcoming space, too.”
