This 4-hour seminar explores how the quality of touch shapes sensitivity, awareness, and martial skill. Rather than focusing on techniques, we will examine the how and why behind effective bodywork. Together we will work with presence, the nervous system, and the ways bodywork principles seamlessly translate into martial arts movement.
