📚 Expand workshops, webinars, and learning communities that uplift best practices
🤝 Offer consultation and guidance to organizations serving Latino families
🌎 Equip the mental health workforce with tools to better respond to stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma in our communities

This investment doesn’t just support El Futuro — it strengthens the entire mental health ecosystem across our region.

After joining our program, she learned coping strategies, received support, and began rebuilding her life step by step. Mentes Fuertes is a free program for people experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression. You don’t have to face this alone -- support exists, and healing is possible.

Her message captures the heart of why El Futuro exists. Anoche, algo hermoso sucedió. ✨A pesar del frío, del miedo y la incertidumbre, nuestra comunidad se hizo presente. Las familias llegaron temprano con sus hijos. Los voluntarios vinieron con sonrisas y determinación. Donantes, socios, miembros de la junta directiva y personal se unieron con un propósito común: cuidarnos unos a otros.
