Today's Staff Spotlight is Abbey Sutter, a Speech Language Pathologist in our Durham Clinic! Abbey brings so much fun & excitement to her work as an SLP, and we're grateful for the type of friend, colleague, and therapist that she is. Thank you Abbey for making our team better just by being on it! 💛
Abbey was born and raised in Cary, NC. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UNC Chapel Hill (go heels!), where she found her passion for treating children of all ages and abilities. She proudly followed in her mother’s footsteps by receiving her Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University, where she gained experience treating language, articulation, feeding, and myofunctional disorders.
Abbey is committed to providing individualized and neurodiversity affirming treatment to all clients! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and reading a good book. Cheers to you, Abbey!
