Meditation Tip:
The most common frustration with Meditating is that the mind is too busy with thoughts. To help the mind settle and have a deeper meditation, measured breathing, (aka pranayama) is helpful. Breath in for a slow count of 4, hold for a count of 4, breath out for a count of 4. If you have high blood pressure, do not hold the breath. Only breathe in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 4. If you are meditating for 10 minutes, Do 10 rounds of measured breathing first. If you are meditating for 20 minutes, do 20 rounds of measured breathing. The increase in the qualities of quiet and peace will be noticeable!
