Meditation is like taking a “brain-break” with huge benefits. When we meditate we change our brain waves going from Beta (busy brain), to Alpha (calm and relaxed brain). Meditation Tip:

The most common frustration with Meditating is that the mind is too busy with thoughts. To help the mind settle and have a deeper meditation, measured breathing, (aka pranayama) is helpful. Breath in for a slow count of 4, hold for a count of 4, breath out for a count of 4. If you have high blood pressure, do not hold the breath. Only breathe in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 4. If you are meditating for 10 minutes, Do 10 rounds of measured breathing first. If you are meditating for 20 minutes, do 20 rounds of measured breathing. The increase in the qualities of quiet and peace will be noticeable!

We all know we inherit our DNA from our Ancestors. We also inherit emotional patterns. Past pain and trauma in our ancestor’s lives can can literally change the expression of our genetic code creating a genetic memory that is passed down from generation to generation. It can be the “root cause” of physical illness and / or difficulty in our relationships and careers. Family Constellation work gets to the heart and root cause, bring to light what needs to be healed and releases the entanglement and brings long-term resolution.

If we look deeply, we’re all patterned in the way of our family. It’s in the way that we talk, walk, and look. These are all things we learn from our family. No matter how different we are, we are the same. We mirror family.
When those patterns are not what we want, and keep us from reaching our goals, family constellations is our way of going as far back as any pattern began, to allow love and forgiveness. This way love can flow from the past to the present.
