Rule 4- THERE ARE NO LIMITS: Push yourself at everything....every time as hard as you can...then push some more. Never quit. If special operations taught me one thing is that there are NO limits. I don’t believe in them and neither should you. The only people who have limits are those who believe in their own inadequacy more than in themselves. Believe in You. You are always more powerful than you know. Limits are the language of excuse-makers and quitters. Never learn to speak it. F**k limits. Dare to dream big and remember that nothing is out of reach. NEVER take no for an answer. Think creatively, there is always a solution and always a way of getting what you want. Nothing is truly impossible. Remember the sweetest fruit is always out on a limb...reach for it. Quien Se Atrebe, Gana.

Rule 3- BE HARD: Life is hard, learn to be harder. Embrace the suck and never quit. Quitting and excuse making are the cancers of the soul. Pain in all its forms is temporary. Perseverance is forever. Defeat pain with motivation and humor. The cold gets a little warmer with a good laugh. You don’t want to spend the rest of your life regretting not being able to push a little harder for a temporary moment of relief. You always have more inside of you....ALWAYS!!! Never give in for temporary relief. NEVER EVER QUIT. Persevere. WIN.

Rule 2-DEVELOP YOUR BODY: Workout every day of your life, even if it’s for only a little while. Getting back in shape always requires more work than staying in shape. Excuses are nothing more than your internal weakness trying to s***f out your potential. Don’t give into them, remember no excuse is EVER valid enough. Train your body as hard as you can, but never break it. Avoid putting things into it that will damage it. Never stop training in martial arts, they unite your body and mind.

Rule 1- DEVELOP YOUR SKILLSETS: Hone yourself inside and outside. In the SOF Community, we use the term skillset to describe various skills and pieces of knowledge we pick up in our lives, no matter how trivial they might seem. Build your skillsets constantly. You never know when your ability to do something you thought was unimportant, might save your ass. Remember, skills are perishable, keep them tuned up. Develop your mind constantly. Study to learn. Study for fun. Be a little better today than you were yesterday. Be prepared for anything. ______________________________________________________________ Today we restart a series of the "21 RULES OF OPERATING LIFE". We posted these last year with a great response, so we thought it would be good to put them up again.
