The concept of a spiritual rose bath is rooted in centuries of tradition, spanning from ancient Egypt to modern holistic practices.

Beyond just smelling lovely, it’s often used as a "ritual of the heart."

In many spiritual traditions, roses are associated with the Heart Chakra.

A rose bath is often used as a symbolic way to:

• Open the heart:

Soften emotional walls after a breakup or a period of grief.

• Cultivate compassion: Shift your inner dialogue from self-criticism to self-acceptance.

In the world of aromatherapy and energy work, every living thing has a frequency.

• High Frequency:

Rose essential oil is often cited as having one of the highest measurable frequencies of any plant.

• The Benefit:

Bathing in this essence is thought to "tune" your personal energy, lifting you out of low-frequency states like lethargy or irritation.

While you are bathing, you can say:
