Tapping into the energy of sea glass .Sea glass only becomes beautiful after being tossed by waves and grit, it is a perfect anchor for shadow work or processing grief.
• The Ritual: Hold a piece of sea glass in your dominant hand. Close your eyes and visualize the sharp edges it once had.
• The Intent: Think of a personal "sharp edge"—a trauma or a resentment. Visualize the ocean’s tides (time and experience) wearing those edges down until they are smooth.
• The Affirmation: "Like this glass, my hardships do not break me; they refine me."

The "Soul-Sanctuary" Ritual
1. Clear the Space: Light some palo santo, sandalwood, or a pink candle. As the smoke rises, visualize any walls you’ve built around your heart dissolving.
2. The Rose Water Reset: Lightly mist your face or heart space with rose water. Roses hold the highest vibration of any flower making them a perfect bridge to the spiritual realm.
3. Heart-Bonding Meditation: Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand over it. Close your eyes and breathe directly into your chest. Whisper this mantra: "I am an open channel for Divine Love. I am whole, I am holy, and I am enough."
4. The Release: On a piece of paper, write down one limiting belief about love you are ready to let go of (e.g., "I am hard to love"). Safely burn the paper or tear it up, releasing it to the ether.
Let’s use today to vibrate higher. Whether you are with a soulmate, a friend, or enjoying your own sacred company—know that you are loved beyond measure by the Divine.
